Peter Lo was the spokesman for the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces in 3068.^[1]

History

He appeared to the press after the Bombardment of the Forbidden City by alleged WarShips from Duke George Hasek's war against the Confederation in 3068.^[2] He appeared to the press (ISAP) informed the people that the damage had been great and that the troops from the Magistracy Armed Forces were converging on Sian to help.^[3]^[1]
