Brother Peter Liao was a MechWarrior in the Brotherhood of Randis during the Jihad.[1]
History
In June 3073, Peter Liao served in a Company of Knights from Randis who fought against the pirate band Death's Consorts on Ddraig. The pirates had been tasked with destroying the last human settlements on Ddraig in exchange for equipment and technology from the Word of Blake. However, the Brotherhood of Randis found out about their mission and ambushed the pirates. The pirates were defeated and only one escaped alive.[1][2]
Despite Peter's last name, it is unknown if he is related to House Liao in anyway.

Peter Liao piloted a Rampage BattleMech.[1]
