Pei-Ling Zhi Liao-Davion-Cameron [1] [2] joins the battle on New Avalon where the Federated Suns and Nomad Republic are on the losing end of a battle. She shows up in the nick of time to turn the battle and keeps the city of Ith and nearby Achernar BattleMechs facility in allied control.
History
January 15, 3153 Pei-Ling Liao's full name was announced to the Inner Sphere at the Cataclysm Star ceremony on New Avalon by her mother, Danai Liao. They had discussed this previously so Pei-Ling was fully aware of what was about to transpire. She could see First Prince Julian Davion's visible expression of shock from the corner of her eye. Danai's expression showed that he reacted exactly as she had hoped. [3]
However, as her full name "Pei-Ling Zhi Liao-Davion-Cameron" is a full sentence in itself, she is choosing to go by the more simple "Pei-Ling Cameron", rather than the ambiguous "Sang-Wei Liao" she was going by prior to the ceremony. The storied Dynasty Guard will be protecting her, alongside her personal bodyguard, a man who draws his origins from the JàrnFòlk.[4]
