Paul Okinatori was the aide to the commanding officer of the Alshain Military District as of 3059.[1]
History
Tai-sa Okinatori, serving under Tai-sho Toshimichi Uchida, was executive officer of the Draconis Combine's Alshain Military District in 3059. In preparation for the eventual reclamation of the Alshain worlds from the Clans, Okinatori and Uchida regularly trained alongside the regiments of the Alshain Avengers with the expectation of personally leading the liberation effort.[1]
