History
Tasked with repulsing a string of bandit raids fleeing the civilized Sphere after the Jihad, Deputy Marshal Burch surprised many overconfident pirates by placing a single accurate shot in whatever damaged actuator or patchy armor plate would disable them quickest. Though offered many replacements for their RetroTech Ymir, Burch refused on the grounds that a marshal's best tool was not their 'Mech but their steady hand and keen eye. Burch was hailed as "The Ice Giant Kid" and frontier settlements often requested their services as a troubleshooter by name.[1]
