Mori Kido was the commanding officer of the Third Night Stalkers as of 3067.[1]
History
Chu-sa Kido, commanding the Third Battalion of the Third Night Stalkers, was stationed on Xinyang in 3059.[2][3] Following Operation BULLDOG and the annexation of the Lyons Thumb, Kido was promoted to tai-sa and command of the Third Night Stalkers by 3067. At that time, Kido was stationed on Yorii with two battalions while the Third Stalkers' third battalion was located on Lyons.[1]
