Major Misha Sventnikov was the commander of the Fire Support Group of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3030.[1]
History
Sventnikov was tall and skeletal, and while reputed to be reserved and cautious, was considered to maintain a youthful outlook even at age sixty in 3030. He plots the fire missions for the artillery under his command with care, and thus his unit's guns rarely miss their targets.[1]
