Chu-sa Midora Jiro was, as of December 3132, commander of the garrison of Mara.[1]
History
Jiro was, like many in the Mara militia, of Draconis Combine descent. Even as part of the Republic of the Sphere's Standing Guard, he used Combine ranks.[1]
On 13 December 3132,[2] Robinson Rangers elements under the command of Erik Sandoval-Groell invaded Mara. Uneasily cooperating with Christine Sandoval — Erik's cousin, the local Legate,[3] and the Sandoval family's trade representative to the Republic — Jiro coordinated militia movements to allow Christine to strike Erik's BattleMech. Once the Rangers had been fended off, Jiro and Christine reached an agreement to work together for Mara's defense.[1]
