Melissa Coulier was the commanding officer of the Third Crucis Lancers from at least 3067 through 3072.^[1]

History

General Coulier commanded the Third Crucis Lancers from their garrison posting on Chenier in 3067.^[1] Sometime afterwards their garrison moved more coreward to Sterlington. In June 3072 she made a heavy raid on Tellman following rumors of a Word of Blake plot on the world that would transform it into a staging area. The Lancers were soundly defeated, it is unknown if Coulier was killed or captured in this raid.^[2]
