Mark Isoguri was the commanding officer of the Twelfth Dieron Regulars as of 3067.[1]
History
Chu-sa Isoguri, the Twelfth Dieron Regulars' Third Battalion, was stationed on Kiesen in 3059.[2][3] Following the First Combine-Dominion War and the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Isoguri was promoted to the rank of tai-sa and commanded the Twelfth Regulars on Kiesen by 3067.[1]
