History
Captain Bauer was known for being one of—if not the only—pilot in the CCAF to enjoy flying his 30-year-old VTOL craft. While he never flew his machine into a combat situation and limited himself to low-risk operations, Bauer excelled at the missions he flew. His ability to make full use of his aircraft's speed combined with his veteran skills enabled him to put pilots in more modernized machines to shame.[1]
