Governor Marcus Rowanda was the Planetary Governor of Izar, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3136.[1][2][3]
History
In February 3136, Governor Rowanda assisted in hiring the Jamison's Juggernauts mercenary unit for the government of Zebeneschamali, for the purpose of attacking a suspected group of Word of Blake survivors thought to be hiding on Zebeneschamali.[3]
