Lucifer "The Black Devil" Roussa was the commanding officer of the First Crucis Lancers' Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]
History
Colonel Roussa, commanding the First Crucis Lancers' First Jump Infantry Regiment, was stationed on Bastrop in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Roussa was promoted to leftenant general and given full command of the Infantry Brigade's posting to Nanking by 3067.[1]
