Kimmochi Okinora was the commanding officer of the Eleventh Midway Phantoms Aerospace Company of the Third Night Stalkers as of 3059.[1]
History
Chu-i Okinora, serving with the Third Night Stalkers, was stationed on Xinyang in 3059.[2] Most of the pilots under Okinora's command considered him to be incapable of properly leading the unit due to his age, leading to a resentment that left the rest of the Third Stalkers unwilling to rely on their aerospace assets.[1]
