Kevin Wyvern was an officer in the Zelandia Unbound mercenary group during the Dark Age Era.[2]
History
Second Lieutenant Wyvern and Zelandia Unbound were stationed on Lyons when the commander of fellow mercenary group Cunningham's Cutthroats killed their commanding officer in a fit of rage. While pursuing Reggie Cunningham's Atlas through Lyons' Badlands, Wyvern and fellow MechWarrior Ryan Jaspers used their light BattleMechs' improved speed to hound their opponent while avoiding his Gauss rifle fire. After repeated attack runs targeting Cunningham's legs, Wyvern's cockpit was directly impacted by a Gauss round, killing him instantly. The remainder of his lance subsequently succeeded in forcing Cunningham to surrender after cornering him atop a waterfall.[2][3]
