Kevin Powell was the commanding officer of the Ryuken-ni Aerospace Wing of the Ryuken-ni as of 3059.[1]

History

Sho-sa Powell, serving with the Ryuken-ni, was stationed on Luthien in 3059.[2] Following Operation BULLDOG and the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Powell retained command of the Ryuken-ni's aerospace forces and was stationed on Caripare by 3067.[3]
