Kerri Tanaga was the commanding officer of the Second Company of the Fifth Sword of Light's Second Battalion as of 3059.[1]
History
Sho-sa Tanaga, serving with the Fifth Sword of Light, was stationed on Tanh Linh in 3059.[2] One of the earliest recruits for the rebuilding Fifth Sword, Tanaga's leadership of Second Battalion's Second Company caused the unit to develop a notable degree of expertise in scouting operations. Inspired by her soldiers' abilities, Tanaga suggested that the Fifth Sword divide its battalions—and the companies within each battalion—based on combat specialty, with her hope being to make it so that the unit could hold the advantage in any kind of mission it faced.[1]
