Kelvin Atwater was the commanding officer of the V Hastati Sentinels as of 3085.[1]
History
Brigadier General Atwater, serving with the V Hastati Sentinels, was stationed on Liao in 3085.[1] Due to lingering unrest on the world from when it was taken from the Capellan Confederation, Atwater had restricted all of the Fifth Hastati's leave passes and other privileges until things could calm down.[2]
