Kaylee Kullavan was a notable lance commander in the Northwind Highlanders during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
Lieutenant Kullavan received both her new BattleMech and her lance command after Archon Melissa Steiner gifted the Highlanders four new machines in honor of the Seventieth Anniversary of Northwind's independence from the Federated Commonwealth. Kullavan was delighted to receive her new 'Mech, as such occurrences were rare during the Republic Age, and fought with it during the conflicts in Prefecture III in the early Dark Age. When the Steel Wolves invaded Terra, Kullavan destroyed a dozen enemy tanks in the fighting, including during the battle's climactic struggle on the Russian steppes.[1] Notably, Kullavan survived an ambush from a Steel Wolves Hellstar while running point for the Highlanders own armor, absorbing three PPC shots to her torso before disengaging and allowing an accompanying lance of Marksman tanks to destroy her opponent.[2]
