Julius Havanna was the commanding officer of the Manyfold Paths III, within ComStar's 394th Division, from 3059 to at least 3062.[2][3]
History
Early Life
A native of Thule, Demi-Precentor VI Havanna grew up as a Free Rasalhague Republic citizen, loving stories of MechWarriors defending his homeworld from pirates. Rejected upon applying to the Thule Military Gymnasium, Havanna ultimately enlisted in the Com Guards in order to keep his dream of becoming a MechWarrior alive. Sent to the Sandhurst Royal Military College on Terra in 3048, upon graduation Havanna was assigned to the 394th Division's Moonchildren Level III, but was transferred to the Manyfold Paths Level III prior to the 3052 Battle of Tukayyid.[1]
Manyfold Paths
After fighting heroically on Tukayyid, Havanna was promoted to Adept and given command of a Level II within the Manyfold Paths, which he kept well-trained during the Clan truce. Performing well in engagements against the Word of Blake, in 3059 Havanna rose to command the entire Manyfold Paths Level III after the post became available.[1]
While the Manyfold Paths Level III was not included in Operation BULLDOG or Task Force Serpent, they were available to join Victor Steiner-Davion's Huntress Relief Force, resulting in Havanna arriving in the Clan Homeworlds in 3060. Participating in the Great Refusal as the commander of a Level II which opposed Clan Jade Falcon, Havanna led a resolute charge into an entrenched Turkina Keshik Binary, but was ultimately defeated and granted hegira by the Falcons.[4]
However, the overall Trial was won by the Inner Sphere forces and Havanna—with the Manyfold Paths—was able to return to the Inner Sphere and his base on Hall alongside the rest of the Huntress Relief Force.[5] Havanna was still on Hall, and in charge of the Manyfold Paths, as of 3062.[2]
BattleMech
Havanna was known to have piloted a ST-8A Shootist BattleMech.[3][4]
