Josem "The Snake" Hawker was a Clan Sea Fox MechWarrior, Merchant, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Hawker Bloodhouse during the Dark Age Era.[1][2]
History
A skilled fighter in both a BattleMech and unaugmented, particularly in low gravity environments, Star Captain Hawker also acted as a Merchant like many members of the Sea Fox Warrior Caste. Despite a ready smile, Hawker earned the nickname "The Snake" by being greedy and ruthless, often discarding even partners when they could no longer provide him profit. Hawker's battlefield victories included defeating a Clan Ghost Bear MechWarrior in a rare zero-G Trial above the Rasalhague Dominion world of Dawn.[1]
Disliked by his comrades within the Skate Khanate, as of 3145 Hawker had been challenged for his rank and personal wealth a number of times in Trials, but none had been successful.[2]
Hawker had a slight appearance, with prematurely white hair and green eyes.[1]
BattleMech
Josem Hawker was known to have piloted a Tiburon BattleMech, serial number SF312-50B, named Silent Swimmer. He won this 'Mech in a Trial of Possession against a starmate in 3128.[1]
