Jocelyn Teague was a company commander in the Fourth Oriente Hussars during the Republic Age.[1][2]
History
In 3117, the Fourth Oriente Hussars raided the Capellan Confederation world of Shuen Wan and faced off against elements of Warrior House Tsang Xiao and the mercenary Kraken Unleashed. During the fighting, Captain Teague lead her company of faster medium BattleMechs in a flanking attack intended to put the Capellan's primary defensive line under direct threat. After easily gaining the high ground, Teague's men were caught off guard when the flank's defenders—a platoon of four Behemoth II heavy tanks—destroyed two of their 'Mechs instead of retreating. Teauge responded by scattering her men and leading a lance in a sweeping push to put the Behemoth's under a heavy crossfire but the Capellan tankers weathered the Hussars' fire and continued to fire upon Teague's main force. By the time her soldiers had closed to within 300 meters of the tanks' positions, half of Teague's company had been felled and all four enemy vehicles remained capable of fighting. Teague finally ordered the retreat, losing another BattleMech in the process, and a follow-up attack from a lance of heavy 'Mechs met with similarly fatal results. At the end of the conflict, the Behemoth tanks held the Capellan flank and the Fourth Hussars' raid ended in defeat.[1][2]
