Jiu Soon Lah was a Senator for Prefecture V and member of the Decentralist Party, who with fellow Senator Tiberius Denton, was recalled to Prefecture V by Lord Governor Marion Hidic in 3134 to assist with diplomatic efforts after the world of Styk declared independence from the Republic of the Sphere.
