Colonel Jeffrey Morgan was the commanding officer of the 13th Stalking Horse in 3067.[1]
History
Early Life
A graduate of the Blackjack School of Conflict, Morgan learned to love unorthodox tactics, and came to excel in mobile warfare. Joining the First Ceti Hussars, he eventually became disenchanted, and left to found his own mercenary command the 13th Stalking Horse in 3064.
Morgan used his connections to obtain sponsorship for the Stalking Horse from Jaime Wolf, and join the Allied Mercenary Command, together with his friend Brigadier Alisande Faulkner of the Wild Geese.[1]
Word of Blake Jihad
During the Word of Blake Jihad, Morgan and the Stalking Horse fought on Sheratan against the Fifth Division, during which Morgan personally lead a final assault that broke the Word’s line. This victory was short lived however, with Blakist reinforcements forcing Morgan to retreat off-world to the Alta Vista.[1]
Galatea
In February 3068, while on Galatea, he confirmed that with Wolf's Dragoons in shambles and no news of the Northwind Highlanders, the AMC was in standby mode. He also confirmed that the AMC was at that moment under the command of Brigadier Alisande Faulkner of the Wild Geese and that contracts with current AMC member commands were still considered valid and would be honored.[2]
