Jasper Carrera was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Third Battle Trinary of Clan Ghost Bear's Fourteenth Provisional Garrison Cluster as of 3061.[1]
History
Although not he was not considered to be a particularly skilled MechWarrior, Star Captain Jasper won his Carrera Bloodname after surviving a Grand Melee before vanquishing his subsequent opponents with an extreme degree of luck. While his tendency to brag about his success to the other members of the Fourteenth Provisional Garrison Cluster aggravated his commander Star Colonel Xavier, he proved to be talented—and lucky—enough at his job to avoid serious consequences.[1]
