James Flinn was the commanding officer of the Crucis March's Chirikof Operational Area as of 3054.[1]
History
Hauptmann-General Flinn, serving under Marshal Gilbert Akers, was executive officer of the Federated Suns' Chirikof Operational Area in 3050.[2] Following the Clan Invasion, now-Marshal Flinn was made commander of the Chirikof Operational Area and served in that position by 3054.[1]
