Issola Chandra was an officer with the Wolf's Dragoons mercenary unit.
History
In 3054, Chandra was the commanding officer of the Dragoons' fleet in orbit above Outreach.[2] Through at least 3059, she oversaw the Dragoons' Aerospace Command, the Dragoon's fleet of six WarShips, twenty-three JumpShips, eighty-two DropShips, 317 aerospace fighters, and two defense-and-recharge stations at the zenith and nadir jumppoints of Outreach.[1]
