Ishtar von Nielsburg was the commanding officer of the Fifth Sun Zhang Academy Cadre as of 3025.[2]
History
Tai-sa von Nielsburg, serving with the Fifth Sun Zhang Cadre, was stationed on Moritz in 3025.[2]
During the War of 3039, the Fifth Sun Zhang Cadre accompanied the Second Sword of Light in liberating Kessel from the Lyran Commonwealth task force occupying it. Joining the already-present Twelfth Sun Zhang Cadre after securing the capital city of Sverdlovsk on 26 July, the Fifth Sun Zhang remained out of the fighting until the Fourth Skye Rangers began falling back from their defensive positions on 9 August. Despite von Nielsburg's orders to proceed with caution, the soldiers of the Fifth Cadre charged headlong after their fleeing enemy and were quickly routed by the Second Donegal Guards before the Fourth Skye Rangers turned around and nearly destroyed the unit. Tai-sa von Nielsburg's surviving troops would spend the remainder of the Kessel conflict serving under the Twelfth Sun Zhang Cadre.[3]
Following the War of 3039, von Nieslburg and a rebuilt Fifth Cadre were stationed on Caldrea by 3050.[2][4] Following the Clan Invasion, von Nielsburg retained command of the Fifth Cadre and was stationed on Altona by 3054.[5] In 3059, von Neilsburg was promoted to Sho-sho and continued to command the Fifth Cadre on Altona.[1] Following Operation BULLDOG and the First Combine-Dominion War, von Nielsburg was demoted back to Tai-sa and was stationed in Brocchi's Cluster with the Fifth Cadre as of 3067.[6]
