Honor & Glory

Honor & Glory is a BattleTech fiction series announced by Catalyst Game Labs as unlockable stretch goals for the 2019 Clan Invasion Crowdfunding Campaign, which ran from 18 July to 18 August 2019.

The series was specifically intended to provide opportunities for appearances of "Senior Backers", who had contributed for canon characters, to appear in fiction at various scales based on level of contribution. As all stories of the series were created in response to the campaign they were known only be their respective "Level" until their release. Various pledge tiers were to receive the Honor & Glory stories free as part of their included digital rewards, though only Star Commander tier backers and above were intended to receive them all, the lower pledge tiers being provided the option to purchase the remaining stories as add-ons. Delays and technical difficulties around ensuring each entry was released to all intended recipients ultimately led the series being provided to all backers irrespective of pledge tier via the CGL online store on 20 December 2024.

Level II: Emerald Sword by Tom Leveen - $160,000 stretch goal - Senior Backer (Star Colonel and above) appearance in a new novella (published on: 24 September 2023)

Level III: Jaguar's Leap by Reed Bishop - $280,000 stretch goal - Senior Backer (Bloodnamed and above) appearance in a new novel (published on: 13 July 2022)

Level IV: Strength of the Pack by Jason Hansa - $360,000 stretch goal (additional channel to showcase new canon characters) - Senior Backer (Star Commander and above) appearance in a new novel (published on: 20 December 2024)
