Hobart Rader was the commanding officer of the Second Ceti Hussars during the War of 3039.[1]
History
In late 3039, General Rader and the Second Ceti Hussars were dispatched to Le Blanc to aide the struggling Robinson Draconis March Militia in ousting a combined force of Draconis Combine-aligned mercenaries and Ghost Regiment MechWarriors. When it became apparent to Rader and the Second Hussars' aerospace commander Commodore William Kossacks that the Combine forces were at a severe numerical disadvantage, the Hussars pushed with the full might of their RCT. Most of the mercenaries surrendered during the fighting but the Ghosts and their commander died to the last man before Rader's Hussars secured Le Blanc.[1]
