Herbert Hobaugh was an officer of the Federated Suns.
History
In 3028, Marshall Herbert Hobaugh commanded the Third Davion Guards during their assault on Algol.[3][4]
Following the initial capture of Vega Hobaugh was promoted to General Nondi Steiner's command staff, with Hobaugh's Executive Officer James Seymour brevetted to replace him.[1][2]
It is unknown if he survived the 12 July bombing on Vega, but as there are no further records of him it can be presumed he did not.
