Born Harlan Jacovi on Arc-Royal, Harlan elected to test for a spot in the Clan Wolf-in-Exile Warrior caste. Accepted into training at the age of thirty-three, he passed his Trial of Position two years later. Many consider him to be one of the touman's most competent Warriors of the Jihad era, and a movement was started to create a new Bloodname for him to allow greater ascendency in the Clan.[1][2]
