Halle Frazier was the commanding officer of the Fourth Marik Protectors as of 3085. [2]
History
Force Commander Frazier, serving as the commander of the Eighteenth Marik Militia's Second Battalion, was stationed on Connaught in 3059.[1] When the Free Worlds League dissolved during the Jihad, Force Commander Frazier became the commander of the independent Fourth Marik Protectors and was stationed on Payvand in 3085.[2]
