History
A member of the White Lions Company, a unit inspired by the Manyfold Paths Level III which had formed part of the ComGuards 394th Division, Oba served within the White Lions Gamma Platoon.[1]

Oba was known to have used the Tsunami variant of Raiden battle armor.[1]
