History
Ronin Levi was a member of the DEST team charged with bodyguarding Internal Security Force Director Ninyu Kerai-Indrahar when the Word of Blake attacked Dieron in 3068. When Levi's BattleMech was disabled by a freak shot from a Light of Mankind Cerberus, the Director's No-Dachi was nearly destroyed and Kerai-Indrahar was left badly wounded. Although the head of the ISF was successfully evacuated off-world by a small mercenary command, Levi chose to say behind on Dieron in order to erase the perceived dishonor of his failure. Abandoning his rank and taking on the title of ronin, Levi repeatedly ambushed Blakist forces leaving the planetary spaceport, using his superior range to pick off hostiles before withdrawing into the surrounding environment. While friendly Dieron natives attempted to obtain more munitions for Levi to utilize, they only enjoyed minimal success.[1]
