ovKhan Gilbert Thastus was the commander of Skate Khanate's Beta Aimag, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Thastus Bloodhouse, as from at least 3145 to 3149.[1][2]
History
Thastus, with Beta Aimag, was based on the Potemkin-class CargoShip Abyssal as of 3145.[1]
In 3149, while trying to establish trade relations with Capellan Confederation authorities on Corey, Thastus' Beta Aimag was subject to an unprovoked attack on two Mule DropShips by Capellan aerospace fighters while travelling to the surface. Enraged, Thastus issued a batchall for the local spaceport, which was ignored by the Capellans. Deploying his forces, Thastus used interceptors from a Carrier-class DropShop to destroy the defending aerospace fighters, after which a BattleMech unit including Hammerheads landed. After a rugged Capellan defense in the warehouse district near the spaceport was finally overcome, Thastus seized the contents of warehouses as well as several DropShop, before declaring the spaceport itself as Clan Sea Fox property.[2]
