Simultaneously, Powell commanded the First Crucis Lancers and was stationed on Tancredi IV.[3] By 3050, now-Hauptmann-General Powell, serving under Marshal George Simenon, remained executive officer of the Bryceland PDZ.[1] In 3054, Powell continued to serve as executive officer to Marshal Simenon in his new post as commander of the entire Woodbine Operational Area.[2]
