Eren Tloth was the commanding officer of the Secunda Cohors of the II Legio as of 3070.[1] [2] [3]
History
Legatus Tloth, commanding the II Legio's Secunda Cohors, was stationed on Paulinus in 3067, alongside the Quinta Cohors.[1]. With the II Legio forces charged with maintaining control of the former Lothian League world in the face of rebellion, Tloth's Secunda Cohors was focused on maintain control of the world while West's Quinta Cohors was assigned to keep peace in the cities and assist the Secunda.[2] [3]
Unfortunately Legatus West had learned of rumors of a Star League era research facility on Paulinus and eager to secure Star League LosTech for Caesar Julius O'Reilly made the disastrous decision to send his Quinta Cohors out to find it, right as the Lothian rebels aided by mercenary attacked the outnumbered Secunda Cohors. Though fighting well, when an unknown third force fighting with Black Warriors tactics struck the Secunda from the rear where the Quinta Cohors should have been, the damage to the Seunda's logistics support and command century forced them to pull back to regroup.
Having suffered heavy losses, Legatus Tloth finally connected with the Quinta Cohors before both forces had to evacuate off-world. In a post-action report to the Caesar Legatus Tloth was scathing of West's glory seeking actions and refused to accept blame for the loss of Paulinus for the Hegemony, indicating that while his Secunda Cohoors had suffered over sixty percent casualties compared to the Quinta Cohors's mere twenty-five percent, the glorious discovery West had uncovered ultimately turned out to be a Dukempic Foods Flavor Research Center dedicated to exobiology research focused on foodstuff production.[2] [3]
