Star Captain Embry was a MechWarrior, who served Clan Wolf and their Wolf Empire, as of 3152.[1][2][3]

History

A solahma warrior as of 3152, Embry commanded the Wolf Empire garrison on Alula Borealis when it was attacked on 24 January by the Wolf's Dragoons' Zeta Battalion under the command of Major Haya Tetsuhara, while under contract to the Duchy of Tamarind-Abbey.[3] With only a mixed Trinary under her command, including a mere two BattleMechs[3], Embry announced her forces to the Dragoons in a batchall to initiate a Trial of Possession.[2]

Despite having vastly superior forces at her disposal, Tetsuhara offered a one-on-one duel between herself Embry to decide the Trial, with the world and its garrison as the prize. Embry accepted, but was defeated within a minute during the Trial on the Xiosha foothills by Tetsuhara and her Spartan C. Embry's Bruin exploded in a conflagration, after its gyro was destroyed by a shot by Tetsuhara, before Embry had even been able to cause even a scratch on the Dragoons' 'Mech. Knocked unconscious from this damage to her 'Mech, Embry was taken as a bondsman by Tetsuhara together with the rest of her Trinary, and left with the Dragoons off-world on 28 January.[3][2][1]

BattleMech

Embry was known to have piloted a Bruin BattleMech.[1]

Notes

  • Embry is referred to as a Star Commander in Redemption Rites[2], a Star Captain in Empire Alone[3], and a Star Colonel (under the name of Filipe) in BattleTech: Legends II[1]. For the purposes of this article, it has been assumed the correct rank is Star Captain, as this matches the Trinary under her command.
