Eli Rosse was a Bloodnamed warrior of Clan Nova Cat and senior officer in the Nova Cat Rangers as of 3096.[1]
History
Star Captain Eli lead a force of Nova Cat Rangers in a raid against the Clan Ghost Bear world of Halesowen in November 3096. Eli's Rangers endured serious casualties in the fighting against the Third Bear Guards before trapping the last two Stars of Bears inside of a box canyon. The Star Captain's decision to refuse the Bears' call for hegira in order to loot their destroyed BattleMechs set the tone for the subsequent Second Combine-Dominion War, with neither the Cats nor Bears offering each other mercy during that conflict.[1]
