Elena Barkley was the commanding officer of the Second Taurian Lancers as of 3050.[1]
History
Subaltern Barkley, commanding the Third Battalion of the Pleiades Hussars, was stationed on Celentaro in 3025.[2] By 3050, now-Colonel Barkley was commander of the Second Taurian Lancers regiment and had subordinate battalions stationed on New Ganymede, New Vallis, and Jansen's Hold.[1]
