Star Colonel Elbert Horn was the commander of the Ninety-seventh Raven Striker Cluster, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Horn Bloodhouse, as of 3145.[1]
History
Horn, with the Ninety-seventh Raven Striker Cluster, was based on Kirbyville as of 3145.[1] He did however struggle with some disciplinary issues in his unit, trying to cashier a hyperactive practical joker called Star Commander Glacios, but was frustrated by Glacios winning her Trial of Refusal against 3:1 odds.[2]
