Major General Elba Teare was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 70th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]
History
Based in the Principality of Regulus, Major General Teare maintained good relations with Regulan leader Elsa Cameron-Jones, despite hostility from others including members of the Regulan Hussars. Not trusting any Regulan faction, Teare had the 70th's intelligence staff keep constant watch for any trouble.[1]
