Earl Yachengo was the commanding officer of the Fourteenth Sun Zhang Cadre as of 3067.[1]
History
Chu-sa Yachengo, serving as executive officer to Tai-sa Susuma Goshiki, was stationed on Wolcott in 3059.[2] Following the First Combine-Dominion War, Yachengo was promoted to the rank of tai-sa and commanded the Fourteenth Sun Zhang Cadre on Luthien by 3067.[1]
