Dorcas Helmer was a Bloodnamed warrior and commanding officer of Clan Jade Falcon's Rho Galaxy as of 3072.[1]
History
Galaxy Commander Dorcas took control of Rho Galaxy after Lizabet Danforth was killed in the fighting against Clan Ice Hellion on Winfield in 3072 and proved himself to be a ristar during the Falcons' counterattack. Most notably, Dorcas single-handedly challenged Hellion Galaxy Commander Damon Hawkins and his command Star to a Trial for control of the planet. While the Hellions loosely adhered to zellbrigen, Dorcas used almost-surgical precision to eliminate all four of his opponents' BattleMechs as well as a Point of Sylph battle armor suits. This performance impressed Khan Marthe Pryde and earned both Dorcas and the rest of Rho Galaxy a rotation to Sudeten in preparation for any assault from the Word of Blake.[1]
Following the Jihad, Dorcas continued to command Rho Galaxy and lead a multi-system deployment to Morges, Antares, Great X, and Mkuranga by 3085.[2]
