Donovan Kleif was the commanding officer of the Davion Heavy Guards' Armor Brigade as of 3067.[1]
History
Colonel Kleif, commanding the Davion Heavy Guards' Auxiliary, was stationed on Galax in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Kleif was promoted to major general and given command of the Heavy Guards' Armor Brigade on Salem by 3067.[1]
