In 3025 Kerr was serving as the Commanding Officer of the First Battalion of the St. Ives Cheveau-Légers.[1]
Kerr was commander of the regiment by 3050, presumably defecting along with the rest of the Cheveau-Légers to the St. Ives Compact.[2]
