Corridor Formation (Word of Blake)
History
Based on the past events of the Clan Invasion and Jihad the Word of Blake had ample information to begin their plans of Resurgence. Decades in exile in the Deep Periphery on Blake Prime allowed them to see where each large scale attack failed. In the Clan Invasion they failed by not having supply lines and resources to reinforce. In the Jihad the Word of Blake spread themselves far too thin.

As automation ramped up and thousands of Blakist survivors arrived over the years since Devlin Stone defeated the Word of Blake, the fleets began to grow and advance. A ship the size of a Swordship required special materials unique to Blake Prime to keep it from sheering itself in half. Similarly the advances in jump capabilities followed, allowing formations to move together more easily.

Formation Functions
The idea was that the formation could evenly split into three groups, each with a Swordship that would dwarf any vessel the Inner Sphere had in production. Each Tria or each third of the formation could break and follow its own path from system to system to cover more ground. One Tria could be left behind to spread among the Blakist holdings and begin the logistics chain. The possibilities and flexibility is vast among these massive formations. This does not even cover the potential of an entire other unit within the main hold of the Swordship. As seen in The Week of Hell, they have the capacity to contain a Shadow Division.
