Governor Chelsea Fowkes was the Planetary Governor of Wei, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3134.[1][2][3]
History
Following the capture of Wei by the Capellan Confederation in early 3134, Governor Fowkes issued official press releases celebrating the change of control.[3]
