A subtype of the Transport DropShip concept, Carrier DropShips feature Fighter Bays to carry Aerospace fighters into battle (as opposed to merely transporting them as Cargo DropShips). This makes Carrier DropShips valuable strategic assets, and somewhat more of a combatant than other transport DropShips.
